6. Engagement & Costs
A formal solicitor-client relationship commences only upon execution of a Costs Agreement. All fees and charges will be disclosed in the Costs Agreement in accordance with the Legal Profession Act 2007 (Qld). Payment terms and methods will be outlined in the Costs Agreement. We reserve the right to cease acting if fees remain outstanding.

All information provided to Mandan Lawyers will be treated as confidential in accordance with our obligations under the Legal Profession Act 2007 (Qld) and Australian Privacy Principles. Legal professional privilege applies to all communications between you and our solicitors.
